1. The Southampton Cultural Center gratefully acknowledges the support of Frank & Camille’s. They have provided our venue with a number of top quality Yamaha pianos and grand pianos that have allowed us to expand our teaching schedule. The concert grand piano for the Center’s Levitas Center for the Arts, a Yamaha S6, is a truly exceptional instrument that continues to impress our performers and audiences. The ongoing support throughout the year has been wonderful. Whenever a special need arose it was promptly handled. We hope to continue our great relationship with Frank & Camille’s for a long time to come. It is a magnificent benefit to the center and its mission.

3. Usdan Center for the Creative and Performing Arts is America’s largest summer arts school and festival, and we have more than 50 pianos in use on our campus every day. Usdan has been a customer of Camille Scheidemann at Frank & Camille’s Keyboard Centers for more than twenty years, and the attention to service provided by her company has always been superior. Camille has made a unique contribution to our festival with caring service, frequent loans of concert grands for our rehearsal halls, and support that has always been cheerful and responsive.
Recently, Usdan purchased 50 professional Yamaha uprights from Frank & Camille’s. Having previously owned pianos from two other top line manufacturers, we have come to believe that there is no more rugged piano for our school than Yamaha’s professional upright. Together with the friendly and reliable service provided by Frank & Camille’s, I can commend both the pianos, and the dealer, without reservation.

4. Dear Camille,
I just wanted to drop you a short note expressing our appreciation for the
support you and your company have given us over these past years, through the
Yamaha Loan Program and for the fine pianos you have loaned us. Hofstra has been
involved in this program (through you) for about 10 years, during which our
department has grown enormously (nearly doubling in its number of undergraduate
and graduate students). The pianos you have made available have played an important
role in this growth, enabling us to provide top-quality instruments for our practice
rooms, classrooms, studios and offices, and making it that much easier to provide top
level instruction to our students.
The instruments, themselves, have always been amazingly consistent in their
quality, durability and tone, and have always been easy to maintain. In addition, being
able to count on new Yamaha instruments each year has been a "dream come true" for
our students and faculty. A small institution like ours could never afford to purchase so
many instruments of this quality at one time, but your program makes it possible to
provide them for our students in a way that is beneficial to us, your company and to
Yamaha as well. The good will this program generates is advantageous to us all and has
undoubtedly resulted in many sales for you and for Yamaha, over the years.
In addition, working with you has always been an absolute pleasure. You have
always understood our needs and bent over backwards to provide for them in the least
intrusive way possible, scheduling your sales around our class and performance
schedules and being patient while the obligatory paperwork was processed through our
(sometimes frustrating) administrative bureaucracy. I look forward to many more
years of cooperation between us.

5. Dear Camille,
The Long Island Philharmonic gratefully acknowledges Frank & Camille’s continued support. They have provided pianos for concerts, education programs, and both special and fundraising events throughout the Orchestra’s thirty year history. Frank and Camille’s season sponsorship of Classics Concerts affirms their commitment to music performance of the highest quality and their commitment to providing music appreciation in our community.
Additionally, as the sponsor of master classes and the 2007-08 Young Artist Competition, Frank and Camille’s has been the Philharmonic’s partner in encouraging music education on Long Island. Camille’s innovative plan for incorporating the Yamaha Disklavier into the preliminary round of the Young Artist Competition has brought it to a new level. The Long Island Philharmonic is proud to work with Frank & Camille’s and its wonderfully dedicated founder and staff.

6. Dear Camille,
It has been a special pleasure working with you in creating educational programs, in addition to holiday concerts and PianoDisc promotional events for the various Frank and Camilles locations. You have a special gift in sharing your love of the instruments you take pride in selling to your customers, schools and performing arts centers. I have personally found all of the instruments to be of the highest quality and a fine selection readily available.
I will always recommend your stores to everyone I possibly can, and wish you continued success for the future of Frank and Camilles!
With my warmest wishes,
Jeffrey
